The films Spellbound, Rear Window and Vertigo can be purchased and streamed from Amazon and other vendors, as can their soundtracks.
You can listen to them on Spotify.
I would recommend that you get yourself through blue January by purchasing yourself a Hitchcock boxset. There are many, but this has the key texts in which his brilliance and distinctive style are most evident.
There is also an extensive literature on the work of Hitchcock and he is perhaps the most thoroughly digested of all modern film artists. If you wish to learn more about him, I would suggest that you begin with Hitchcock by filmmaker François Truffaut. It based on a set of dialogues between the French and Englishman. You can purchase it here.
It takes a genius to truly recognise a genius.
